Rent The Hall
The perfect setting for gatherings large and small! The Hall features a full service bar, occasional and banquet seating, prep kitchen, and pool table. The event hall is ideal for seated dinners, banquest, lecture, meetings, and other events, with long feasting tables available in many configurations.
The rental fee is $200 and includes (1) bartender. A deposit amount of $50 is required to reserve The Hall; the remainder is due at the date of the function. Additional bartender(s) will be supplied at $50 per bartender (except for holidays).
Rental of The Hall includes the Canteen and pool table with a total capacity of 100.
Rules and Regulations
The renting party will be responsible for any and all damages
The renting party will be responsible for the set-up of the hall. Set-up can be done at an additional cost to the renter (i.e. tables and chairs), provided by The Club.
The Manager must approve of the decoration.
The renter must use the house caterer. Another caterer can’t be brought in nor can the renter use the kitchen. The caterer will supply linens.
The deposit fee shall be forfeited if the party is cancelled. The renting party is required to notify The Club in writing of the cancellation. If this is done and The Club rents the hall for the same day, The Club will refund $50 of the deposit fee.
Only beverages purchased from The Club can be consumed on the premises. NO DRINKS are allowed outside of The Club facilities - this includes the courtyard where alcohol is not permitted.
If the renting party is found in violation of any of these rules, The Club has the right to end the affair and all fees will be forfeited.
Depending on the start time of the function, the rental time is not to exceed (5) hours. Entertainment will cease no later than midnight and the band or DJ must be out of the hall no later than 1:00 am. The bartender(s) will shut down the bar 15 minutes before the function ends and will make sure everyone is out safely.
The Club is not responsible for the parking lot.
CANDLES are only allowed if they are in glass.
